Location! The hotel is located in the historic downtown area of Chico. There are many bars, restaurants, boutiques all within walking distance from the hotel including Chico State. A bonus was the made to order breakfast included with the room.
Beautiful hotel in downtown Chico. Central to shopping, walk to Bidwell Park and the University.
The Grill makes a delicious breakfast. Very friendly service too.

Clean, vintage hotel right in downtown Chico. Great vibe.
The room was perfect with one exception. We arrived o. The train at 4:30 am and were received by staff at that ungodly hour. Thank you! And we extended our stay by checking out at three. It gave us a place to rest and clean up during our not even full day in Chico. Its proximity to the college that we came to tour could not have been more convenient.

The downtown location is amazing. You can walk to restaurants, bars, shopping. I stayed in the newer section and the rooms were large. Frig and coffee maker. Robes. Sitting area.
